1. About Us

TopG Wealth ("we", "us", "our") operates an online copy-trading and investment platform available at topgwealth.com. By registering or using our platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You must not use our services where prohibited by local law.

3. Account Registration & KYC

All users are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before deposits, withdrawals or copy trading are activated. You must provide accurate, truthful information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

We accept USDT (TRC20 network) only. We do not accept cash, bank transfers or any other payment method. Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours subject to verification.

5. Profit & Returns

Daily profits are credited Monday to Friday only. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are non-trading days and no profit is credited. Stated ROI ranges are targets, not guarantees. Capital markets carry risk and returns may vary.

6. Referral Program

Level 1 referrals earn 1.5% of their referee's profit credits. Level 2 referrals earn 1.0%. Referral commissions are credited when the referee receives a profit credit. Members will earn referral commissions from active referrals for a maximum period of 6 months only. Abuse of the referral system will result in immediate account termination.

7. Risk Warning

Copy trading and deposits carry risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. TopG Wealth does not guarantee any rate of return.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, engage in fraud or money laundering, use automated systems to exploit the platform, or circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or suspicious activity without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process before any legal proceedings.
